Trusting your gut is always the best course of action when it comes to business and in life in general. Certain times if you listen to your self you come to realize and understand whether you are headed into a negative or positive direction with your next course of actions. Uncertainty comes from not trusting in your self during the decision making process which can lead to insanity.Insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result. This often times can be confused with consistency because they are similar in their ways. Consistency means the same throughout and that is done by creating small habits over time. The problem lies between not wanting to be honest with yourself and going through the motion. The best example of Insanity is someone that wants to see a difference in themselves so they go to the gym every week and do the proper training one day and do whatever they please the next day but since they are going consistently they feel as if they should see the results they want. That is incorrect, you can do the same thing over and over and still see little to no growth at all. The solution to this problem so you never confuse the two is to always strive to improve no matter what the situation. If you are taking the time to be consistent challenge yourself to get better at whatever it is that you’re doing. Small little challenges turn into monumental leaps in growth. Consistency is improving while being the same throughout while Insanity is being consistent while being too comfortable.
